INGREDIENTS

2 SLICES OF BREAD

2 TBSP LC'S PEACH CHUTNEY
-
THICK SLICES OF CHEESE
-
MEDIUM SLICES OF TOMATO
-
THINLY SLICED ONIONS
-
BUTTER SOFTENED
-
SALT
METHOD
Generously butter both sides of each slice of bread.
Neatly layer the slices of cheese, tomato and onion on half of the slices of bread along with 2 TBSP LC'S PEACH CHUTNEY and season to taste with salt.
Close Broodjie with the second slice of bread.
Place over medium coals turning often until they are golden brown and the cheese oozes out.
