Hummus
Time 5 Minutes
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS

1 small clove of garlic

1 Tsp lemon juice

1 x 400 gram tin of chickpeas

1 pinch salt
-
3 Tbsp LC'S Garlic Peri
METHOD
Finely mince garlic and soak in the lemon juice for a few minutes.
Add tinned chickpeas, salt and LC'S Garlic Peri to a high-speed blender.
Add the minced garlic and lemon juice into the blender and blitz for 60 seconds.
Use a spatula to scrape down the sides, then blitz again until smooth
